Novatech adds to the party atmosphere of LIV Golf Adelaide
Novatech recently showcased its technical production expertise at the highly anticipated LIV Golf Adelaide, marking the first-ever LIV Golf event in Australia. Collaborating with LIV Golf, Performance54, and Nexstage Staging & Rigging Technologies Pty Ltd, Novatech played their part in bringing this spectacular sporting event to life.
With a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences, Novatech’s team brought the action of the tournament closer to the fans via their cutting-edge ROE Visual LED screens at several locations around the course and live-to-screen cameras at the now famous Watering Hole. Working hand in hand with LIV Golf and their production partners, Novatech’s cameras were lucky to witness the unforgettable hole-in-one moment that was made famous across the globe.
Novatech’s involvement didn’t stop there, being fortunate to provide technical production of the concert stage located in the Fan Village at the centre of the course. The end of each day’s play was capped off with a live concert to the 20,000 plus in attendance, providing a perfect conclusion to each day of the event.
The concert line up featured world-renowned acts that left the audience wanting more. DJ Fisher, known for his electrifying performances at Coachella, set the stage on fire with his infectious beats and magnetic energy. Birds of Tokyo mesmerised the crowd with their powerful melodies and captivating lyrics and Electric Fields added their unique touch, infusing the atmosphere with their distinct sound and artistic flair.
Novatech deployed their ROE Visual screens both as delay and primary stage backdrops with a custom LED riser for Fisher. All were powered by Brompton Technology’s cutting-edge video processing systems to ensure crisp and clear pictures. The audio experience was elevated to new heights using L-Acoustics, a renowned brand synonymous with pristine sound quality. Lighting was also used to set the mood and match the tempo using fixtures from companies such as GLP, Clay Paky and Martin.
