Pippa Sicolo People & Culture Advisor

As Novatech’s People & Culture Advisor, Pippa looks after all things people – from creating a great employee experience to supporting leaders, developing our people and making sure we’re doing things the right way. With a background in People & Culture, employee experience, learning and development and workplace relations, she brings a practical approach to making work better for everyone.

Pippa believes work should be somewhere people can do great things, keep learning, have a laugh and feel like they’re part of something. One of her favourite sayings is, “You can teach skills but you can’t teach attitude” – a philosophy that shapes how she thinks about people, culture and development. She’s always looking for ways to make things simpler, smarter and more useful, without losing the human side of work.

Outside of work, Pippa is usually lifting heavy things (because “lift heavy things, make brain feel good”), spending time with her family or hanging out with her dogs. She’s also a bit of a metalhead, although you wouldn’t necessarily pick it from her day job.
