Shauna Reynolds Operations Manager

Shauna is a highly experienced operations leader with an extensive background in the planning, delivery and execution of large-scale events across international markets. She specialises in leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating complex logistics and ensuring seamless event delivery from initial planning through to on-site execution.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, Shauna oversees the production and support staff as well as the Warehouse and Operations teams, providing leadership, guidance and support across all areas of event delivery. Her role focuses on workforce management, operational planning, resource allocation and logistical coordination, ensuring teams have the tools, processes and support required to deliver successful events safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Outside of work, Shauna enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
